We try to keep everything as simple as possible. Our pricing policy does not allow for much in the way of debate or discussion - but if anything goes wrong we will do our utmost to sort it out quickly, without fuss or stress.

Goods are shipped with a VAT invoice, which calculates the VAT payable from the total of the net prices of your order. Our advertised prices include VAT. The two calculations may not agree - the difference is normally insignificant and we try to work it as a pleasant surprise by a penny or two.
Carriage is part of the service to you, and so VAT is chargeable at the same rate as applies to the goods. This hurts - but take issue with HMG! If you wish to e-mail or write our contact details are listed. Electronic, www, communications are preferred.
We do not have a telephone sales department: please place your orders by post or e-mail. Please note that we are happy to receive payments by cheque, but work will not start until the cheque is cleared (allow five working days). If you have an e-bank account then you can transfer money to Sort Code 09-06-66 ac. 40971406. There is normally no charge to you for this (ie it is free from most banks).
We have accounts with PayPal and NoChex. They make no charge to you for payments to us (they deduct their fee before paying us). Payment by either is secure, and both will accept payment by credit card. You do not have to open an account with either, although that option is offered.
