Proofs can be sent by post or e-mail. For smaller jobs the cost of postal delivery of proofs is an extra charge above that quoted.
Some clients have difficulty in viewing or receiving proofs attached to e-mails. To avoid this we display proofs here on the www. The URL will be notified to the client, to whom it remains private. Although in the public domain it is unlikely that the URL will be viewed by anyone else, especially since there will be no links to it (an "orphan" page).
Proofing in this way applies to items that will normally be in the public domain anyway - business cards, handbills, letterheads. We will not display matter of a personal or commercially sensitive nature, and will certainly respect the wishes of anyone expressing them to us.
From time to time, we may ask to use an appropriate job as a sample, for the benefit of all. If you wish we will display relevant items on our web site - this has advantages for both of us - at terms to be agreed (currently without charge).
